The important factor in this mixture is milk powder (contains lactose!!), which makes the mix of cocoa and sugars smoother and pleasantly creamy. And finally, you can feel a slight sharp pepper note, it is definitely not too much, just a little bit of sharpness. You can shake it on both milk foam and black coffee, for a nice smell and a little extra flavor nuance. It was also very good to roll truffles in it!
